We Help Organizations and Teams Worldwide

Founded in 2005 and located near Washington, DC, Prescient360 Group is a specialized professional services firm with a long history of successful engagements with international development agencies, foundations, nonprofit organizations, and private companies.

Prescient360 helps organizations and teams better navigate in times of accelerating change and rapidly shifting institutional dynamics. Our scope of services includes strategic planning, change management, ESG and sustainability reporting, organizational resilience, program design, and policy analysis.

Strategic Planning

We help organizations navigate and manage in times of rapid or unpredictable change and incorporate the wider operational context.

Change Management

Change management is a critical capacity in today’s rapidly changing world. Change management is more that implementing planned changes. It now includes effectively managing change thrust upon organizations from the increasingly turbulent environment.

ESG and Sustainability Reporting

Prescient360 supports companies to assess and evaluate their ESG and sustainability reporting requirements.

Through a wide range of training and development programs, Prescient360 facilitates organizations to self-assess their resiliency capabilities and helps them make improvements in areas of weakness.

Program Design

We design and implement new programs and projects, which are critical organizational requirements as businesses and institutions seek to implement new initiatives and adapt to changing environments.

Policy Analysis

We prepare economic, social, and environmental studies as part of governments’ and organizations’ requirements for background empirical analysis related to developing new policies and programs.
